                               RESOLUTION NO. 18748
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH CENTRAL BELL
                   TELEPHONE COMPANY RELATIVE TO INSTALLATION
                   OF A CONDUIT TO HOUSE TELECOMMUNICATION
                   CABLES ON THE WALNUT STREET BRIDGE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an agreement with South Central Bell Telephone Company 

       relative to the installation of a conduit to house telecommuni-
       cation cables on the Walnut Street Bridge.
